I can’t belive we’ve already lived in London for almost 3 weeks! While we still don’t have a counch and still sleep on our airmattress bed, our flat is slowly starting to feel more like a home and I’m so excited to start organising things properly around here (the wardrobe is a priority, Marie Kondo would probably faint if she saw it :D).
While I’ve struggled to find time to take more creative photos in the midst of all this moving hassle, I’ve snapped a lot of small daily life moments that I thought I’d share with you :)
We live in a house where there are 4 flats that have a shared garden. I still haven’t seen anyone use it so it kinda feels like having your own private garden, hello my own green photo studio! Also, is anyone else as obsessed as me with the delicate dress+ boots combo? I can’t get enough of it, if you ask me it’s the best part of Autumn.
You know how when you’re moving and are getting rid of excess stuff you sometimes get a little too caught up in it and accidentally throw away stuff you might actually regret later?
Well, my dear boyfriend definitely had a moment like that when he decided to throw away his coffee machine because it was “so old” and “I’ll just but a new one instead in London”’. Well, I was also using that coffee machine and really really wish we would still have it.
Thankfully there’s a lot of of super cosy cafés and bakeries in Hamsptead center just a 10 min walk from when we live. My favorite so far is Gail’s, those brownie fingers and lattes yummmy…
My Mom had this magnet on my parnets fridge for the longest time that said “A home is not a home without a cat”. I think that’s so true, and having Luna and Bella run around in our new home and sleeping in every little cosy corner they can find makes settling in here so much nicer.
That’s all for now, I’m definitely going to share more photos from our new home as soon as we get a little more settled in. Talk to you soon!
